Fuse, Switch, Horn sounder, Earth connection - one of these most probably - other causes such as someone's stolen the horn or a wire is missing are too rediculous to mention.
Check the fuse and the earth first - run a wire to the horn from the battery - if it sounds then it's very prbly the switch - which is very doubtful.
