We can only get hot water when the heating is on. The boiler will not fire up just to get hot water. We have a Volkera excell 80sp, we have put in a new diaphram, which it did work for about an hour afterwards but now back to square one
not a complete expert on the 80sp is the water section diaphragm still working? also need to look at pump pressure switch which again is another diaphragm positioned to the rear of boiler the size of a 2pound coin hope this of some help
