no signal on new bush tv?

I have a new Bush 22" tv. Where i live i cannot get a digital signal due to living in a 'dip'. However, it is not tuning at all. I have done an autotune and also a manual tune for analogue TV and when completed it says no channels found. The screen just goes blue
Please advise.
