They have a web site with a street address and 'phone number but no e-mail address is given. Prima Appliances co uk

I suspect that Prima is just a marketing brand name rather than a manufacturer - stuff proobably made in China at any old factory with the capability.

If you have an issue, any warranty you may have is not with the manufacturer or with Prima Appliances but with the vendor - the people who took your money.
