Mend Kubota BX2230 Tractor Solenoid

Why won't this thing cut off?

Okay, see if you can solve this one. I have a BX2230 tractor. When you crank my tractor and go to switch it off it keeps running. The solenoid switch has been replace. The only way it will cut off is to put it in neutral and I have never had to do that. Can you help me?

the power supply to the solenoid is not cutting of electrical wiring or ignition switch but if like you say it cuts of when you put it in neutral there has to be a switch or some kind of power supply going to your gear lever i hope some of this will help you
