E24 is the is the transmission recalibration errot code.

i am prity sure it is to do with the back axle oil tempiture being to hot. check the oil cooler at the front isn`t clogged or the oil pipes arn`t kinked . if they are all ok check the by pass valve . for the back end . which is located behind battery. you just swing out the battery to find it .
