beko fridge freezer model cda543f?

has just stopped working , the motor is still going but it has defrosted all my food in freezer and is not keeping anything cold in fridge , would it be the gas has gone , it is only 2 yrs old

Hi Sue,
Yes it is possible you have lost the refrigerant charge, it could also be a faulty motor not pumping or a blockage in the refrigeration circuit.
Only a trained Engineer can tell you which fault it is by tapping into the system to determine which fault it is as they all give the same symptoms
