My 2003 megane expression wont start wont even turn over any ideas?

My megane 2003 expression wont start at all wont even turn over just completely dead. It has never had a starting problem before today. Only other problem is the drivers side front window pleases its self. Anyway the car won't jump start but will bump start any ideas would be appreciated.
