The dishwassher does not empty thus it rinses with dirty water. How do i get to the pump to check the inlet and outlet? The unerside of the dishwaher is a moulded palstic section with no obvious means of removal.
I have had the same problem, I appear to have spolved the problem by tipping 4 or 5 kettles of
boiling water into the bottom of the dishwasher and then doing a rinse mode. The water had been emptied. Repeated this 3/4 times and then tried a full wash and has worked ok ever since.

On my Bosch dishwasher I could get to the pump's impeller from the inside... under the filters... single Torx screw at the very lowest point... lift off the plastic cover and remove the crud.
The impeller blades should rotate freely but with a bit of magnetic resistance.
