Lexmark printer has stopped working?

My Lexmark Z640 printer will not print despite status showing as "ready", having "tick" mark and not saying "paused". Even the Lexmark test page won’t print. I’ve checked the lead and replaced the cartridges. It did work fine until now. Any ideas please?
