miele W1930 will not drain pump does not run and filter is cleanwhat next?

Did you ever find a spare pump? If so, can you point me to a place who sells this pump? I need to replace the exact same one. :O(

Miele W 1930 Novotronic I drained hose, cleaned filter, and ran cycle again still pump dead. Removed pump and is melted and hard to turn. Where can I find new pump cheap? C E XX 98 100102 is stamped on pump.

You mean a W930i ??? W1930 doesn't exist. That besides the point you need to open up the front (hinged door) & check the tub drain hose for foriegn objects...perhaps a small article of clothing or something else wedged in there can easily prevent draining. If it is clear you need to check the pump's electrical & mechanical function. You may may simply need a new pump. Nothing lasts forever!
