My Bosch dishwasher is not emptying?

Absolutely. I doesn't have to involve a major & expensive repair. It isn't pumping out because A: the pump is blocked or defective, or B: a hose is clogged by congealed fat etc. You will need some DIY skills to investigate the cause but here is a simplified walk through.
Turn the DW off & pull the plug. Take out the filter & empty the stagnant water using a small cup/glass. If you have a piping syringe you may even be able to suck whatever water is left in the well cavity as well.
Take off the door facia (6 screws, 3 on each side of the door inside. Then take off the front panel just below where the door was. Inside & at the very front you will see the pump, & just beside it a short ribbed plastic hose. Pull out the hose one side at a time & remove it. These hoses have a habit of getting clogged by fat etc. Rinse it out well using hot water & a baby bottle brush if you have one, Next disconnect the 2 wires going to the pump & remove it. The pump is a bayonet type fitting & very easy to release. When this comes out look for a piece of broken glass or other debris in the pump housing. Hopefully you'll find something there.
If there is nothing blocking the pump impellor then it is most likely that the pump bearing is too slack at the impellor side causing it to lock up. In that case you need a new pump. Assembly is the reverse of above. Good luck
