I assume you are located in the US. If the agitator moves freely there is no mechanical/transmission problem. Providing the belt is intact the most likely culprit is the motor itself.

Thanks, water do come in, at that point it starts to hum, the first time it did it I turned the agiator by hand, and it started to wash but this was during the rinse cycle, now it want wash and moving the agiator not working, motor just hums. water standing

There is no washer "fill motor". There is a valve to let water in - a pump to get it out - and a motor to turn the drum or agitator. Re-think & re-post.
