how can i set my drayton digistsat RF3?

Ive just moved into a new house and no matter how many times i ring the landlord to help me set my system, no help arrives.
i really need help its getting cold and the heating goes off when it reaches room temp which is set at 18.
under my boiler i have a box with lights called drayton digistat scr, this i believe has something to do with the rf3 control in the hall. pls help if you can.
