Mend AEG 72630 Washing Machine Repair Noise

Drum appears to be loose?

I have an aeg 72630, the drum seems to have dropped slightly within the machine. It makes an absolutely deafening sound when it trys to spin. I have turned it off and drained it down. Is there any hope or has it had it?
