Hi, My Renault clio (52 reg) semi-auto gearbox light comes on after the car has been driven for a few miles, But the gearbox seems to be working ok.

The lamp comes on if a fault is detected. You will need to have codes read and ideally live data looked at/recorded at the time of light coming on. Many things can cause the light to activate, even seemingly unrelated faults.
