The top of the drawer is lined with little holes above each segment of the soap box. this can only be seen with the soap drawer removed. this is done by pulling the drawer out fully and the pressing the little green tab in the centre of the drawer and then removing. Then check that all the holes are clear. if so make sure the out of the soap box is clear. If the water cannot get into the drum then it will come out the drawer,
