How do you remove the quarter turn tap head?

Thanks I have removed the screw in the top of each tap but I stll can't remove the tap head to get to the valve inside any idea how the tap heads come off

The tap heads are held on by splines...they do lift straight off but they could well be tight. Try some WD40 and carefull leverage.
