drainage prblems?

You need to put a ball (light table tennis type) into the sump hose, it will block the water going back up into the drum from the waste pipe but wont block water going out. Happens mostly where machines are plumbed in to kitchen sink area where there is a strong waste water flow. This is in operation in all Hoover 1300 special edition machines.

take out the machine, or turn it to the left or right, so that you can see the waste pipe , take the gray hose pipe out , if you have a garden hose , put it down the (waste outlet pipe) trun it on (VERY) slow , to see if the out let pipe is blocked ,
