vokera linea 28 boiler?

my boiler is 9 years old and i can not turn off the heating as soon as u switch the boiler on the hot water only the radiators heat up the only way to stop this is to turn the electric switch off on the wall i have fitted a new motorised valve but this has not helped any advise would be welcome
