On a Zanussi Timeline 1600, what does fault code E40 mean?
When the machine start button is pressed it clicks 3 times, and stops? We have checked the filter and removed a coin from it, would this have anything to do with the prob?
E40 is a door interlock fault (the bit that clicks 3 times) or a door interlock fault which has blown the main pcb as well.the fact that it still click is something and might just need the door interlock replacing.
