Mend Glow-worm Prima Flushing System Flush

The Prima will not start up after flushing system?

I have just drained down my rads to flush out years of sediment after filling the system up, the boiler will not run at all, could it be an air lock, but if so I would have thought it would start up and cut out soon after. The power is to the board and the pump is running, can you help.
