Mend Fisher & Paykel GW711 Machine Light Up Dead

machine wont light up when i switch it on seems dead?

the water pump on fisher & paykel model GW711 started to smoke on spin smelt like burning rubber.
Then machine stopped altogether. Took water pump out the rubber seal on top had worn down letting water leak over the pump causing it to short.( i had disconnected the machine from the power supply before i did this) Replaced the pump with a new one stopped the leak but now there seems to be no power to the machine when i turn it on, seems to be dead. Can anyone help me ty.
