How can I fix my servis fridge freezer model Mo330W?

the fridge part of the servis frost free fridge freezer has suddenly stopped working. the green light is on but it does not make any noises now. I wondered if you knew what it could be?

I have a 330s, which had a similar fault. It was caused by ice build up behind the rear panel in the freezer compartment blocking the cold air duct to the fridge. It could be that, or the fan on the air duct. Remove the rear panel in the freezer compartment to check for ice.
