My Zanussi Aquacycle 1200 runs on a cycle but stops before drain and there is water in the drum. If I empty the water through the hose, and start the spin cycle it works. So it seems like the drainage isnt working. Can anyone help please ?
easy, power off, pull machine out and follow drain hose in to machine. thats your pump. i would just take everything off and make sure its all cleaned out. look here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19uprIcreD8&feature=related

Thanks - I have cleaned the filter at the bottom right corner. How do I get to the pump?

try cleaning out the pump/filter/outlet hose assembly.
