Washing Machine Zanussi fjs1225s?

I have this model too!! the drum rotates a few seconds backwards and forwards to distribute the load, then the jet comes on and sprays water and detergent all over the laundry and turns anticlockwise for a minute to saturate the load. Is your jetsystem pump still working?? its the little rubber hose at the top of the door. Maybe the bearings have gone?? or the belt has snapped. does the drum move at all?? do you get a little humming sound but no movement of the drum??
