Open up the back of the tv...the plastic grated cover has 3 screws and is easily removed. Below that, remove the metal cover...2 or 3 screws along the bottom. On the top board, locate the dip switch (on bottom left or bottom right). The 4th position(on the bottom) can be switched from 'Norm' to 'Burn'. Try moving to 'Burn'. This worked for me.......so far so good.
