How do i change light bulb?

They nearly always unscrew anticlockwise - that's anticlockwise looking down onto the glass globe - if the glass should snap off from the screw base (they sometimes do) you can use a pair of pliers or even a finger into the hole to turn the base but be sure to isolate the power first - last week I forgot to do this and felt very silly.
