Baxi Bermuda GF Super - no flames?

New thermo-couple and 'flame plate' Spring this year. Fire not used until now and when tried, got a very low flame on all settings. New plumber has re-set gas pressures down to what they should be. Now - cannot get the fire to light. Any ideas please, short of replacing the thing. Thank you.
