Philips model # 42pf5321d/37 won't power on. At power up it stays green for a few seconds then goes to red blinking led, 4x then a pause. On the inside main board it has a green blinking led 3x before a pause. i would love to know which board to replace instead of guessing. It's a nice tv when it works.
