my indesit wd10 washing machine dial is turning round and round?

The dial going round indicates that the control board has found a fault with the electrics. when the dial is going round the start light flashes, count the number of flashes this will give the fault code. ie 5 flashes = error 5. post the answer and i will try to help further or check on Hotpoint/indesit web site
