my dyson has two belts. one belt is inside the clutch. Can the belt in the clutch be changed?

Good luck FINDING a belt . I was told you have to send back to Dyson for repairs, even a belt replacment . No stores or vacuum shops carry supplies

Unscrew the 3 screws from the bottom of the vac.Remove the cover exposing the the brush.Take out the brushand replace the broken belt.[belt goes around brush and drivefrom the motor].Replace the housing.
