LOST: PROGRAM CODE FOR PHILLIPS TV REMOTE?

I need the model no# for my Philips universal remote control. It has on the inside of batter box UM4'' AAA'' RO-3 1.5V Then on a little pice of tape in side it, it has 32/06 can you please help me? I have a Philips VCR/DVD player (maybe a 2004 or 5) that I need the codes to work it, from my Philips universal remote, but I don't have the codes thank you so much.

Hello,Heres what you do.Do you know where code search button is?Well it should be one of the top buttons on your remote.Get it?Now find the code for your remote.Oh,hold the codeserach button down.Until the little flashy button stays flashy.Or til it um, uh, does not flash any more but the flashy button,stays red without flashing.NOW enter your phone code.
