parts question re my trimline treadmill 2400.1?

I just purchased a used trimline treadmill. While setting it up, 10 stainless steel ball bearings rolled out from under it. I checked the parts sheet in the manual and can not see them listed or any indication of where they are from. The machine seems to run smoothly ..... but ... I'm thinkin ... this can't be good!
Please help.
