Mend Hotpoint BWM129 Working Instructions Wash

BWM129 front loader Brand New not working?

Hi, I have just had a Hotpoint BWM129 installed and followed all instructions i.e first wash etc. I have come to use my first *real* wash and the sound of water pumps in for about 5 seconds and then nothing for 10 minutes and then the Rinse/Hold and the door lock lights flash constantly. Is there anything I can do to fix this without and engineer visit?...thanks
