Gas coming out of muffler on dlt 3000 mower when trying to start?

Craftsman dlt 3000 rider when try to start gas comes out the muffler drained oil and it was full of gas also something with carberator i'm sure how do i fix someone said float or needle don't know process for this repair could someone please help!
