yes call 01782 339 064 and they will ask what model it is I had all the numbers but the guy knew which one it was ,he gave me a part number then I called 0800 3890 907 and they are sending me a new romote cost just under £60 but worth it as fire is US without it hope this helps ps it took me over 4hrs to get this one sorted graham
