If you need a spare part the mira site is great to get the details of the part and the part number, but a little costly to buy from there. I recently bought a Mira Excel replacement cartridge from IQ Living. Popped right up on Google when I put in the product code which helped as I didn't have a clue :-)

this is probably due to low supply pressure. There must be at least a minimum of 1 bar pressure at the cold water supply inlet to the shower. Check to make sure that there is sufficient water pressure (example, check the cold tap in the same bathroom).
