problem with glow worm 30cxi?

got a glow worm 30cxi hot water stopped,when i ran a hot tap the central heating flow pipe got hot,so i have changed the diverter motor,hw thermister,and diverter valve,still doing the same any ideas!!!!!!!

there is also a valve (bypass valve) between heat and hot water is it open to much it should only b open very slightly
