How do I take the back off a Zanussi Washer Dryer W1042W?

The drum has started not going round although it's still making the right noises. It also isn't drying properly. The clothes are just getting wetter.

My sister said that it's the belt but I can't find how to take the back off, there's just no way of getting it off. help!

What do you mean by 'iirc.' and does it just lift off? How do you get to the screw once you've removed the cap?

it splits in half down the side iirc.Lid off and remove screws under there.White cap at the bottom middle cabinet.remove cap and then remove screw (both sides).remove screws across bottom back panel
