condensation?

I am getting condensation so bad that the walls and ceiling are staining, it only seems to have happened since i had fitted wardrobes installed.

Poor air flow and lack of ventilation will cause this. You need to ventilate the room daily to prevent the moisture from building up and condensing on a cold wall. Open the window daily for an hour or so and this will prevent this.
