Mend Kenmore Runs Power Light

Kenmore dehumidifier runs but power light off and stuck in on position?

How can I fix or reset Kenmore Dehumidfier, power button will not light up, all other functions work well, but unit does get noisy after awhile

Unit works but power light not lit, unit stuck in On position. Other controls work ok, but have to pull plug to power Off, how can I fix this. Also unit really sweats a lot....
