hp2210 all in one?

the printer is bleeping and displaying a message open door and clear carrage is coming on and the ink cartridges move slightly on the left hand side and sreach twice then the rollers go around as if no paper available can you help me to fix it
Also the cartridges do not centralise any more when you open the lid (as you do when changing the ink)
