replacement drum for hotpoint BWD12?

We have just changed the bearings on our hoptpoint machine but the noise is still horific when on a fast spin. Could the problem be the inner drum and if so is there an easy way to take the drum apart to renew it, looks as if it is sealed all the way round between the outer and inner drum.
