Mend Bosch Maxx100 Blockage Rinse Cycle Valve

Bosch Maxx100 conditioner wash out failed?

After the rinse cycle, the fabric conditioner remains in the tray. I have removed and cleaned the tray and there are no blockages. Therefore I reasoned the wash out from above is faulty. I tried to remove the top to check the mechanism, however removing the screws at the rear doesnt allow it to be removed. I have removed screws hiding the front panel but agin it wont budge. Is there a techniques for removing these panels? and will I find an obvious problem with the wash out ie blocked valve etc. The washing power gets washed in OK from the same tray.. I am a qualified electro mechanical engineer, however the old hidden fastenings beat me every time!

The channels in the dispensor upper section are blocked with sludge.You need to replace it.remove the screws in the front round disp area.Remove lid and along the top of the facia panel there are securing brackets.You need a flat screw drive and force the facia panel awat from the appliance.Once tha facia panel is removed.undo the cross bar on the left as you look from the front and push back slightly.This should allow more access to disp.Around the top of disp there are clips three on each side once undone remove fill houses from valves.disp should now be seperated.Replace and reverse repeat steps.
