Why I can't start my motor Honda gvc 135?

Why I can't start my motor Honda gvc 135, I tried all my ways but in vain. Now I handed it to Honda service. They said that a gasoline couldn't reach where it should go, even after they used ultra-sound to clean it, so I have to buy a new carburator?

Honda engines have sensors in the oil sump so if there is not enough oil it won't start so cheak that the oil is topped up and get back to me.
