on front of machine there is a little door open it and unscrew the big plug make sure u have towels down that is a filter it maybe blocked clean it and see how u go

The water has not drained.Possible causes are -the drain hose is squashed or kinked or the "rinse hold" option has been selected or the drain pump is clogged.
