Can anyone help me??

I have the electrolux ewx14450w washer/dryer that came with my new build home...

I have been getting an e20 code about half way through a wash cycle, and from that point I can't do anything with the machine..
I leave it until the door unlocks and then investigate further every time, so far I have checked the drain pipe and filter on the front (nothing) the pipe from the pump to the waste (nothing) the drying element has been disconnected (nothing) and I've also checked the door lock to make sure that's all tight...
I'm at my wits end :( can anyone help me please :)

Might be a blockage in the outlet from the tub. There will be a hose that comes from the tub down to the drain pump. It will need to be taken off and the opening in the tub checked and the hose checked. If everything is clear then either the drain pump is faulty and pumping too slow or it is not running at all. If the pump does not run then it could be a faulty pump or a power supply problem i.e. fault on main control board

We have been here for 2.5yrs now...I read the book but it doesn't have error codes in it so after googling the code I read it was a drain problem but all the drains are clear :( It has only started playing up the last couple of days? I managed to get it to spin last night but once I put a wash on overnight thinking the problem had been solved it stopped halfway through again.

If a new build home & presumably a new washing machine then have you read the user book that came with it or spoken to the person you bought off as it must be under warranty. E2o is a drain problem error code. Has it always played up or has it been working ok but now has a fault?
