How can i fix my lights on my snapper le1433h?

i have a snapper le1433h, it is a great mower, i am just having trouble getting the lights working. i have replaced the bulbs and everything is cleaned and in good shape. i have power the the connection, but nothing to the lights.

The lights were not originally wired for working !!!!!! starnge but true. a fuse is needed in the units for current to power up them.
