how to get my snapper z rider to start?

I have new selnoid new seat and break switch. New ignition new relay new fuse new pto some how it's still no fire mabey I'm missing sompthing. Starter? Fuel selnoid? Idk but won't turn over at all

also make sure the cutter is not engaged as they have a cut-out switch as well.for safety.
sit on machine for seat switch to operate make sure nothing is engaged press down brake/clutch pedal, and happy motoring.....
